Mr. Clifford received his Bachelor of Science degree from Western State University and a Juris Doctor degree with honors from Western State University College of Law in Irvine. He was admitted to practice in the State of California in 1994. He is admitted to practice before the U. S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California and all the Courts for the State of California. Mr. Clifford's focus has been on civil litigation and trial in the areas of business litigation, premises liability, construction defects, environmental litigation, professional liability, insurance coverage, general contractor and, property development litigation and products liability.
