Mr. Kearney obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies with a Minor in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1999. He received a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 2002 and was the recipient of the Award for Academic Excellence in Constitutional Law II. Mr. Kearney was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 2002 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Central District.
