Robert J. Hadlock

Mr. Hadlock received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration graduating with honors from California State University, Fullerton and received his Juris Doctor degree from University of California Hastings, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. While at Hastings, he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Evidence Workshop and was Note Editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1994 and is also admitted to practice before the U. S. District Court, Central District and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.

Mr. Hadlock specializes in civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, insurance bad faith, legal and medical malpractice, products liability and business torts. On December 6, 1996, he was profiled in the prestigious Los Angeles Daily Journal legal publication after achieving an $8 million judgment with partner, William D. Chapman in a personal injury case. In 2000, along with Mr. Chapman, he won an appeal in the Ninth Circuit in the case of Anguiano v. Allstate Insurance Co. (9 th Cir. 200) 209 F.3d 1167. This case has since been cited in the esteemed Rutter Group publication Insurance Litigation.

Mr. Hadlock has taught as an adjunct Law Professor at the University of West Los Angeles, and frequently given motivational speeches to youth groups and individuals with disabilities.
